At COGNITION, we have experience in working in partnership with organisations to develop and implement workplace programs that are focused on the health and wellness of their people. For example, we provide services aimed at monitoring the current state of psychological health and at identifying individuals and groups who may be at risk of a decline in their emotional well-being.
We make recommendations for maintaining good psychological health and quality of life and suggest early interventions that may assist employees from becoming unwell.
We also have capability in applying psychological knowledge and skills to helping organisations improve their physical and psychosocial safety practices. We have experience in working in multidisciplinary teams to effect change in safety culture and operational excellence and will draw on this network if larger projects are required.
